Reservations & Payment
All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit or debit card at the time of booking.
Payment terms may vary depending on the rate type, promotional offer, or group booking agreement.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is available between 2:00pm and 6:00pm.
Check-out is by 10:00am unless otherwise arranged.
If you expect to arrive outside standard check-in hours, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, including no-shows, are non-refundable and the full booking amount will apply.
Property Conduct
To ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all guests, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a respectful level, particularly during evening hours.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to depart where behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or causes disturbance to other guests or the property.
Damages & Incidentals
Guests may be held responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or additional charges incurred during their stay.
A valid card may be retained on file for incidental purposes.
Spa Bookings
Spa treatments are subject to availability and advance booking is recommended.
Please note our 48-hour cancellation policy applies to spa appointments. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full treatment fee.
Visitors
For the comfort and security of all guests, only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight unless prior arrangements have been approved by management.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside guest rooms or indoor areas.
Additional cleaning fees may apply where smoking occurs indoors.
Smoking
Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing prior to arrival and subject to applicable property policies.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather events, power outages, road closures, or government restrictions.

Guest information is collected and used solely for reservation, operational, and legal purposes and handled in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
